2024 High School SMALL GROUP TRAINING

October Wednesdays

1 Hour Sessions are offered in a 4-week package. 

Stickwork, stick protection, agility, shooting, dodging progressions, faking/deception, 1v1 offense/defense, field sense, and game context will be coached. Instruction is delivered in small group settings, where repetitions are maximized and improvement is accelerated.
